Canada with a population of 3.6 million, Montreal is located in the southwest portion of the province of Quebec where it serves as the social and cultural epicenter of the region. And with such a diverse and vast population, the Montreal real estate is some of the best in the region. For some of the most pristine outdoor scenery in Montreal visit Mount Royal Park. One of Montreal’s largest green spaces, the park was designed by Frederick Olmstead (who also designed Central Park in New York City) and boasts the massive Beaver Lake, Mount Royal Cemetery and a stunning view of downtown Montreal from a perch atop Chalet du Mont Royal. Want to experience the gorgeous history and architecture of Montreal, well make sure to visit Old Montreal which contains most of the old historical buildings built back in the 17th, 18th and 19th century as well as several museums. A walk through the pristine Place d’Armes at night-time is especially serene.
